SCREEN PRINTING
- We offer high-quality Pantone-matched screen printing on a range of materials up to a size of 660mm x 450mm.
DIGITAL PRINTING
- Our two UV LED flatbed digital printers can print on plastic up to 50mm thick and can accommodate materials up to 2.5m x 1.3m.
- We offer CMYK (& White on smaller sheets) printing on a wide range of materials, from 0.4mm to 15mm thick, up to a size of 2.5m x 1.3m. Maximum resolution is 720 x 1200dpi
DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING:
- We can heat press ‘dye-sub’ ready products up to 1m x 750mm.
CNC Routing
CNC ROUTING:
- Maximum Sheet Size: 3m x 2m (with nesting capabilities)
- High-speed precision cutting of sheet plastics (Acrylic, polystyrene, etc.), Dibond and Foamex from 0.5mm to 15mm thick.
